Securities Claim Recovery Service

If you have held a security that was subject to litigation, you may be entitled to monetary compensation.

The program offers eligible clients the opportunity to receive monetary compensation if securities currently or previously held are subject to recovery as a result of filing a claim. There is no fee to participate, but recovered amounts will be assessed a 20% contingency fee.

To Subscribe

  1. Log in to Account Management using your username and password.
  2. Click Settings > Account Settings. From the configuration panel, click the configuration (gear) icon next to Securities Claim Recovery Service.
  1. Check the box, then click Continue.

  2. Read and sign the service agreement, then click Continue.

To Unsubscribe

  1. Log in to Account Management using your username and password.
  2. Click Settings > Account Settings. From the configuration panel, click the configuration (gear) icon next to Securities Claim Recovery Service.
  3. Remove the check from the box, then click Yes to confirm.
