Client Service ID (CSID)
Use this page to create, view, edit and delete Client Service IDs on your account. A CSID is a unique identifier provided by Interactive Brokers that provides a layer of security when accessing Digital Account Management web service and other IB APIs.

To Add a CSID
- Click Settings > Account Settings.
- Click the gear (configure) icon next to CSID configuration.
- Review and sign the agreement.
- From the CSID home page, click the + icon to add a new CSID,
- Select a Webservice, then add the Entity Code prefix and upload your Public Key. Optionally, enter an IP Address.
Note: Note, that this information will be provided to you once you contact salesengineering@interactivebrokers.com for the Digital AM Web Service.
- Click Submit.
To View, Edit and Delete a Trusted Contact
- To view an existing CSID, click the information next to the CSID on the configuration screen.
- To edit your Client Service ID, click the pencil icon and make changes as needed, then click Submit.
- To delete a CSID, click the X next to the CSID listed in the configuration home screen, then click Ok to confirm.
